Finding the passion in reading again? - gyms in reading

I enjoyed reading books about a year. But now I can not learn to read. I go to the gym and cycling, but sometimes I find it very boring at home watching television. I have this book good for Brian Keene "The Rising" and I really enjoyed the book. But now I can not read.

Can someone help me to read the passion?
