Full Stomach Sitting If I Do At Least 200 Full Sit Ups Every Day Would That Flatten My Stomach At All?

If i do at least 200 full sit ups every day would that flatten my stomach at all? - full stomach sitting

Will certainly exacerbate tone and working the abdominal muscles, but has the lower back that just extra cardio and fat belly (if any) to get out of balance. Just Will not Do squat.

You sound like my wife.

You need the body to a point where your training is not just a body part. If you are one of the 200-strong ABS with cracks, but not to combat the problem of fat in the abdomen.

Focus on cardiovascular, good food, and light weights.

As the first person says, you need to do cardio to burn fat.
