Hobart Kitchenaid Mixer Is The Kitchenaid 600 Pro Durable Enough To Make Bread Dough? Does Anyone Know How It Might Compare To Hobart?

Is the Kitchenaid 600 pro durable enough to make bread dough? Does anyone know how it might compare to Hobart? - hobart kitchenaid mixer

I have a bread recipe, but for 12 loaves. I had a mixer Hobart 20 liters of old and can not afford to replace it with another Hobart. He wondered whether the Kitchenaid 600, which works as well. In addition, the recipe can be halved and yet still achieve the same results?

We have a 600 Pro Works fine for baking. The other type is correct. Kitchen help is one of Hobart. Just to reduce the budget.
